104.5 The Team ESPN Radio (WTMM-FM), the Capital Region’s Home for New York Sports, announced today that Dick Vitale will be an NCAA Tournament Insider every Monday and Thursday at 5:15 PM with Armen and Levack starting immediately.

A member of the Basketball Hall of fame, Mr. Vitale is one of the most influential and recognizable personalities in the country. Mr. Vital has been an ESPN college basketball analyst with ESPN since the network’s inception in 1979.

Armen Williams, 104.5 The Team Brand Manager and Afternoon Drive co-host says, “Capital Region sports fans deserve the best possible NCAA tourney coverage and that means the best, Dick Vitale. We’re very excited about having Dickie V’s first-hand insight and energetic opinions on 104.5 The Team two times each week throughout the tournament.”

Mr. Vitale phoned the Armen and Levack show on Monday to formally make the announcement. He will join Armen and Levack a total of seven more times throughout the tournament, including Tuesday, April 7th, to analyze the National Championship game from the night before.

Mr. Vitale joins an impressive list of insiders on 104.5 The Team including ESPN NFL analyst Mr. Herm Edwards and ESPN MLB analyst Mr. Buster Olney.
