Check out this hilarious rap song from a 15-year-old boy.  The kid highlights New York Knicks small forward Steve Novak and manages to make fun of LeBron.

There are times in life when there is an idea or an invention that is so good that it causes me to say, “Why didn’t I think of that?”  After watching this rap song about Steve Novak, those same words didn’t come out of my mouth.  It’s not as if I smacked myself in the forehead while saying, “Of course!  A Steve Novak rap song!  Curse this kid for beating me to the punch!”

Steve Novak is one of the best 3-point shooters in the entire NBA.  Novak is a good role player.  I don’t want to make him out to be a complete non-factor, but he’s far from a superstar.  When I listen to a rap song that contains the lyric, “Novak, LeBron wishes he could be just like he, but at least Novak has a college degree,” I just have to laugh.

Saying that LeBron wants to be Novak is like saying Kate Upton wishes she could be the overweight version of Kirstie Alley.  It’s not even close to being true.  I appreciate the trouble that this guy went through to make a rap song, but he’ll look back years later and say, “What the hell was I thinking?”
