The Albany Devils lost in a road game against the Hershey Bears tonight 4-0. The Devils record now drops to 6-4 on the season. Albany was not able to recover after allowing three first period goals. Goalie Mackenzie Blackwood was benched mid way through the first period after allowing three goals on just six shots. Blackwood was replaced by Scott Wedgewood. Wedgewood finished the game in net for the Devils but his effort was not enough to complete a comeback for Albany. The Devils will get a chance for redemption next week as they host the Bears for their final season match up at the Times Union Center this Friday. Despite, the loss the Devils still remain as a top tier team in the AHL's North Division. This season your home for Albany Devils hockey is ESPN Radio 1045 The Team. The Devils return to ESPN Radio on Friday November 18th as they head to the road to take on the Binghamton Senators. Coverage starts at 655pm.
