For the second consecutive week, a team from the America East conference, received a vote in the Associated Press' men's basketball top twenty five poll. The Vermont Catamounts, a team that leads the conference with a 13-0 record and a 23-5 overall record, received a vote this week in the weekly rankings. The Coach John Becker led team has a fifteen game winning streak, which ranks second in the country, only trailing the undefeated and number one ranked Gonzaga Bulldogs. For the second consecutive week, the voter who cast his ballot for Vermont remained the same. NPR host and sports author John Feinstein continued to give the America East conference leader recognition. The Catamounts host the UAlbany Great Danes on Wednesday February 22nd.
