Remember last year, when we spoke to seemingly every draft expert to see where Niskayuna star Garrett Whitley could be taken?

Welllllll, we get to do it all again with Shen star Ian Anderson. The lanky right-hander has a fastball that comes in on batters at 92-96 MPH. He also features a good breaking ball and a plus changeup.

We brought in Nathan Rode today of the Prep Baseball Report to talk about the best and worst case scenarios for Anderson on draft day. Will the bad Northeast weather this spring hurt his chances? Will a side injury that hampered his early season hurt his prospects?

Also, if Anderson elects not to go pro after he being drafted, he can accept a scholarship to Vanderbilt. How often do players wrestle with the decision to go pro or go to school?

We also asked Rode about Union College star Jake Fishman, who has a 0.37 ERA for the Dutchmen in 49 innings. What are his chances?
