Andre Jackson’s Athleticism on Full Display

Andre Jackson is a rising senior at Albany Academy and while he has talked about defending the Cadets' New York State Federation championship, the national attention on Jackson is in regards to his impending college decision.

Jackson has narrowed his choices to five schools: UCLA, Syracuse, UConn, Iowa and Maryland. As you can see from the SLAM tweet above, Jackson is a 6'6" swing player with freakish athleticism. With another high school year ahead of him, Jackson has been working diligently on his jump shot which is rarely on display against like competition because of his ability to get to the rim almost willingly.

In an interview with NewsChannel 13 in July, Jackson said he isn't forcing a deadline for a decision upon himself, but that he would like to have that off his plate before the high school basketball season so he could focus on his senior year and another run into March for Albany Academy.
