For the second year in a year Andy Roddick fails to make it out of the third round at Wimbledon.  He gets beat by the unseeded Feliciano Lopez.

It was another quick third round for Andy Roddick at Wimbledon.  He lost in three sets to Spains Feliciano Lopez, 7-6,7-6,6-4 earlier today.  Another disappointing outing for what looked to be very promising.

Lopez plain and simple beat Roddick on every level.  He was serving very well and notched 28 aces.  Roddick had no answer for his fantastic play.  A bit of redemption for Lopez who lost all 7 previous matches that the two had played.

Time may not be on Roddicks side either.  He had chances to win at Wimbledon in 2004,2005 and 2009 but was beat by Rodger Federer all three times.

What do you do? You keep moving forward until you decide to stop. At this point, I've not decided to stop, so I'll keep moving forward.

-Andy Roddick

Roddick had anticipated making a big run at Wimbledon this year after withdrawing early from the French open with a shoulder injury.  All in the past now as Roddick will once again have to wait until next year.
