According to TMZ, Former NFL Star Junor Seau was found dead this morning in his California home. He was found by his house keeper and sources say that according to police, he died of a self inflicted gunshot wound to the chest.

Saturday night saw racing under the lights as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series headed to the Richmond International Raceway for the Capital City 400. Kyle Busch took the Checkered Flag. It was Busch's 4th straight win at the track.
It was announced on Tuesday that New York Mets Pitcher Mike Pelfrey was placed on the disabled list with Elbow Inflamation. It turns out it was much worse as an MRI revealed a partial tear of the ulnar collateral ligament in Pelfrey's right elbow. He will need Tommy John Surgery and will miss the remainder of the 2012 season.
