Bargnani Fails Miserably At Dunk Attempt [VIDEO]

A couple weeks ago the Knicks were rumored to be interested in trading for the NBA’s poster boy of ‘posterizing,’ Blake Griffin. Until then, they’ll just have to settle for this.

Check out this disaster of a dunk attempt by Knicks forward Andrea Bargnani. The Italian sharp shooter got a little over zealous in last night’s 76ers game and thought he could elevate over two Philadelphia defenders for a slam. He couldn’t. Luckily for the Knicks and Andrea, he didn’t suffer a serious injury and was able to return to the game.

Also, for the record, the Knicks lost again.

UPDATE: Bargnani originally appeared fine, but an MRI Thursday has shown a torn ligament in his left elbow. Bargnani is out indefinitely.
