Battle in the Bay Area

On Friday night, the Philadelphia Phillies and the San Francisco Giants did battle, literally, at AT&T Park in San Francisco. In the top of the 6th, the Phillies had an 8-2 lead. They had the bases loaded with Shane Victorino at the plate. Ramon Ramirez was on the mound for the Giants. Ramirez had already given up 3 runs in that inning of work. So with frustration in the air and tensions high between the two teams, Ramirez took it out on Victorino.

As you'll see in the clip, Victorino took the fastball right in the lower back. Victorino got fired up as well as the Giants' catcher Eli Whiteside. When it was all said and done, all three players (Victorino, Ramirez, Whiteside) got ejected.
