After going 0-10 this year and having head coach John Audino "step aside," the Union Football program is ready to move in a new direction.

And they have done that with the hiring of Jeff Behrman. He spent the last 10 years as the offensive coordinator at FCS Stony Brook.

He joined us today to talk about what appealed to him about Union, what he plans to tell his team upon meeting them, what kind of offense the Dutchmen will run, and we talked about recruiting.

While at Stony Brook, Behrman orchestrated some high-powered offenses: From the Union website:

During Behrman's time with the Seawolves he has developed some outstanding quarterbacks. In 2013, Lyle Negron passed for 2,367 yards, which ranked second in the program's Division I history. Kyle Essington's passing efficiency (171.02) led all of FCS and ranks as one of the best in NCAA history in a season. Under Behrman's guidance, the Seawolves led FCS in scoring average (38.0 ppg) in 2011.

He is the 36th head coach in Union history.
