"Obviously that's a devastating loss to us and to him," coach Rex Ryan said Sunday, according to ESPN's Mike Rodak.

Will that affect the Bills moving forward? Absolutely. Last season, Wynn had 17 tackles and two sacks for the Bills through 11 games played.

Ryan is known for getting the most out of his defensive lines and now without the key backup in Wynn, Mario Williams and Jerry Hughes will start with a little more of a gap between them and the rest of the depth chart?

The most intriguing aspect of Wynn's injury? IK Enemkpali now has a better shot at making the team.

Enemkpali, of course, now famous after punching Geno Smith in the jaw and getting cut instantaneously and he could now be a body that the Bills will need on the 53-man roster.

Armen and Levack will be LIVE from Bills training camp in Rochester on Monday afternoon, listen from 3-7p ET on 104.5 The Team, sponsored by Dunkin Donuts and Adidas Performance Sunwear.
