Sitting all three of their solid quarterbacks, the Buffalo Bills closed out the preseason with a 17-10 loss against the Lions on Thursday.

Matt Simms threw every pass in the game for the Bills, going 22-38 for 223 yards. He did not throw a touchdown, but also didn't throw an interception either.

As a team, the Bills carried the ball 24 times for 99 yards. Bryce Brown led the way with nine carries for 37 yards.

Dezmin Lewis led the receiving corps with six catches for 81 yards. Marquis Grey and Cierre Wood each had three catches in the game.

Defensively, the Bills defense was stout, allowing just 171 yards through the air and 46 on the ground.

The defense also gave Buffalo its only touchdown as Ron Brooks had this...interesting...pick-6.

The Bills finished the preseason at 2-2. They open up the regular season on Sept. 13 against the Indianapolis Colts. The Bills went 9-7 in 2014 and named Tyrod Taylor their starting quarterback for 2015.
