Like an NCAA Tournament selection committee with a sense of humor when putting together 1st round matchups, the pieces simply fell in place in the NFL's favor for wild card weekend. Not only is Doug Marrone the former Bills head coach, but Marcell Dareus was traded from Buffalo to Jacksonville during the season. On top of that, there are a few assistant coaches with the Bills who used to with the Jaguars. There are plenty of storylines which should draw fans' attention but the defenses will draw the acclaim.

The Jaguars have one of if the not the best defense in the NFL and that side of the football has been a pleasant surprise in Sean McDermott's first season in Orchard Park, led by rookie cornerback Tre'Davious White. I would also love to say we'll be able to enjoy watching two of the best running backs in the league, but with LeSean McCoy destined to be a "game-time" decision, Leonard Fournette may be the only star to watch out of either backfield on Sunday.
