Brett Gardner Makes Yankee History
The Yankees have been around for a long time. They officially moved to New York in 1903. They’ve got 27 World Series Championships. They’ve had some of the best players to ever play the game.
Needless to say, there is a lot of history there. But it’s been 101 years since someone did this.

Four runs scored on no hits? Luckily he had guys behind him that could hit him in. And oh, he could thank the pitchers that didn’t throw him any strikes, allowing him to walk three times.
And it didn’t hurt that the Red Sox had five errors, three wild pitches, and totally neglected the running game. Gardner stole second and third base in the third inning. He was given lots of opportunity to make this history.
