Bruce Jacobs’ Intern Quiet Joe Busted With Hickey

The intern dubbed "Quiet Joe" came into work with a pretty clear mark on his neck, so we decided to blindside him with this embarrassing video.  He claims that it's marks from shaving, but unless making out is the new shaving we all know that's not it.  Besides that, who shaves the side of their neck almost to their shoulder?  Either Joe is telling us a little white lie, or someone needs to teach him to shave.
