Week 3 of the college football season kicks off this weekend and one game is slowly starting to build momentum as one of the most intriguing of the week.The following games below have already been cancelled to the impending Hurricane Florence.

 

Saturday, Sept. 16: 

No. 18 UCF at North Carolina  cancelled, makeup TBD.

No. 14 West Virginia at NC State cancelled, makeup TBD.

Norfolk State at Liberty rescheduled to Dec. 1.

Elon at William & Mary cancelled, makeup TBD.

The ACC matchup between the Syracuse Orange and Florida State Seminoles is now shaping up to be one of the best games of the week.

The Orange are off to a 2-0 start after defeating Western Michigan and FCS level Wagner. The Seminoles, sit at 1-1 on the season after falling to nationally ranked Virginia Tech on Labor Day in Week 1 and nearly surviving an upset bid against FCS level Samford 36-26. Many sports books have listed the Seminoles as just a 2 1/2 point favorite.
