No final decision has been made regarding the Raiders starting quarterback position for Sunday, but two sources close to both Carson Palmer and the team say that it is unlikely that he will be the man for the job this Sunday.  There were high expectations with the trade that Palmer would finally see some play time this season, but according to a ESPN source, they are "95% sure he won't play".

Raiders head coach Hue Jackson said that Palmer will be a game time decision.  The team most likely wants to make sure that Palmer has a good feel for the play book before they throw him into the starting role.  Check out more as this story develops at ESPN.com.
