It wasn’t all that hard to predict. The fallout from the Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin continues to roll in.

Dolphins offensive line coach Jim Turner and head athletics trainer Kevin O’Neill were fired Wednesday after last week’s release of the Ted Wells report.

The following from a Cbssports.com article explains the decision:

"The language and behavior as described in the Ted Wells report are against the core values of our organization," Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said in a statement. "After receiving the report, I conducted my own internal review of the facts to determine the appropriate steps for our organization. Jim Turner and Kevin O'Neill are good people who care a great deal about their profession and the players whom they serve, but both exhibited poor judgment at times which led me to this conclusion."

Turner was implicated for doing anything to stop the mistreatment of Martin and fellow lineman, Andrew McDonald. He was also said to take part in taunting or teasing on more than one occasion.

O’Neill was also implicated in the report for not stopping the harassment or racial language that was directed at a Miami assistant trainer. The Wells report shows that he also laughed at some of the insults, according to ESPN.
