Today marks 57 days without professional or Collegiate sports in the US. That's pretty terrible to think about for diehard sports fans like most of us but there could be hope brewing. UFC 249 will take place this Saturday in Jacksonville, Florida and May 17th NASCAR returns with the Darlington 400. Both will be without fans in attendance. So when will the major 4 sports leagues return? Will the MLB, NHL or NBA return before the NFL kicks off? There is a small amount of hope that MLB and or NBA could be back before football.

'Big' John McCarthy has been a fixture in the world of Mixed Martial Arts since UFC 2 in 1994. Known for his days refereeing for the UFC and his catchphrase "Let's Get It On!" Now McCarthy is the color commentator for Bellator MMA and will be featured on the new MMA show Bellator Recharged on CBS Network 8pm on Wednesday nights. McCarthy worked with Capital Region Gold medalist Jeff Blatnick for years and has stories to tell.

What fighters are back in the octagon this Saturday?

Hafthor Bjornsson better known to "Game Of Thrones" fans as "The Mountain" just broke the world record of 500K(1,102 pounds) for the Dead Lift. As if seeing that successful attempt wasn't cool enough in this sports free landscape, The Mountain added another future event i want to see at the end. He challenged the former Dead Lift record holder Eddie "The Beast" Hall to a fight.

The sports world has been mostly on hold since mid-March and many athletes are ready to get back to work. Count former NFL and current MMA athlete Matt Mitrione joined Levack and Goz to talk about the new Bellator show his fight is featured on and his desire to get back to work.

Even though UFC president Dana White did everything he could to make UFC 249 take place it didn't happen. White and the UFC say that UFC 250 will take place on May 9th as scheduled and if it does it could be the biggest PPV in UFC history. The card already had two title fights scheduled but now it could have three with the 249 headline fight of Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje possibly being added.

The talent of Jon "Bones" Jones is undeniable but also are his troubles with the law. According to TMZ Sports Jones has been arrested again. This time in New Mexico where officers say they found Jones who appeared to be intoxicated when they responded to reports of gunfire.

It is clear that Jon Jones is a great fighter but his fights are boring. Seven of his last ten fights went were decided by the judges and this last one was possibly wrong. Is it possibly Jones is so good even he's bored?
