And then there were eight.

Friday brought the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal draw after the first knockout stage of fixtures eliminated a number of quality teams. Three English teams failed to make it to the next stage as Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham all fell in the second leg of their round of 16 fixtures.

With the eight that are left, there are a few surprises alongside the usual suspects. Sevilla (ESP) and Roma (ITA) advanced through difficult circumstance. Sevilla upended Manchester United at Old Trafford, while Roma came back from 2-1 down after the first leg to defeat Shaktar.

The draw on Friday gave us some very compelling matchups:

Barcelona (ESP) VS Roma (ITA)

Juventus (ITA) VS Real Madrid (ESP)

Sevilla (ESP) VS Bayern Munich (GER)

Liverpool (ENG) VS Manchester City (ENG)

With Juventus vs Real Madrid, it is the 5th straight year that the previous UCL final was played as a knockout stage match the following year. An all English matchup between Liverpool and Manchester City will feature the eventual Premiere League Champions in City, who haven't won a game at Anfield since 2003.

Who do you have advancing to the semifinals?
