Chris Paul & Pau Gasol Nearly Come To Blows [VIDEO]

Chris Paul and Pau Gasol were both annoyed with each other at the end of the Lakers 96-91 win over the Clippers.

Okay, Chris Paul and Pau Gasol weren’t THAT close to fighting.  They had a little exchange that could’ve escalated, but didn’t.  However, it’s probably not as likely that you’ll check out a video that is titled, “Chris Paul & Pau Gasol Were Annoyed With Each Other.”  I had to spice it up a little.

It’s interesting to watch what is happening with the Lakers and Clippers this season.  The Lakers are the franchise with 16 NBA championships.  They have been the big dog in town compared to the Clippers.  However, the Lakers are struggling offensively this year compared to last season.  They might be losing a step.

On the other hand, the Los Angeles Clippers made a huge trade to acquire Chris Paul.  Blake Griffin is one of the most exciting players in the league.  They have a lot of potential, and for the first time in a long time, they’re a legitimate threat to the Lakers.  All of the factors for bad blood are present.  The big brother Lakers are fighting to stay on top.  The little brother Clippers are tired of being the little brother.

The Lakers and Clippers only have one more game against each other this season due to the shortened 66-game schedule.  There might be more bad blood next time.
