Coach Ryan was a part of the UAlbany coaching staff from 1998-1999 as a graduate assistant. After winning two Super Bowls as a part of the New York Giants coaching staff for nearly a decade, Ryan accepted a position with the Houston Texans in 2016. Coach Ryan moved to the team's quarterbacks coach this past fall and many insiders credit him with the immediate production of rookie DeShaun Watson.
