Race 12 (Breeders Cup Classic)
This race has so many story lines and one big question...Which Arrogate are we going to see Saturday? After watching him train (albeit at Santa Anita) it looks as if Baffart has him ready to roll. He has a couple races over the track and seemed to close a bit late in the Pacific Classic, we will see how Mike Smith will navigate the inside post. Gun Runner has been on quite a roll in 2017, only loss is to Arrogate in Dubai and has been blowing away his competition ever since. Interesting to see what Florent Geroux does from the gate with Collected being the speed from the outside. West Coast is another for the Baffart barn that has been on quite a run, five in a row and in impressive win last out in the Travers. He will get some consideration especially if there is speed to contend with, no doubt a horse to use. A Long shot I will use is (#9) Gunnevera, his race in the Travers was better than it looks on paper. He was bumped at the start and wide around both turns to still make a run and grab a piece. Trainer Antonia Sano seems to have this horse ready and if the pace is hot up front, he will be flying late.

Selections: (#1) Arrogate, (#9) Gunnevera, (#5) Gun Runner, (#8) West Coast
