Mariano Rivera is 42 years old, and has been toying with the idea of retirement for a few years now.  He says that he knows if he'll retire at the end of this season, he's just not saying which way he is leaning.

Mariano said that he knows what he wants to do, he's just not telling us right now.  Smart move by Mo.  If he goes either way it will be the story of the whole season.  Rivera said that he wants to leave the game on top.  This year he is owed $17 million and is the final year of his contract.  Last season Rivera broke the all-time saves record, and will go down as the best closer of all time.
