Victor Cruz says his knee is finally 100 percent.  In a week that featured a number of injuries for Big Blue, the team desperately awaited the good news of Cruz.

"I feel good. The knee is 100 percent," Cruz said to WFAN's Mike Francesa on Monday.  Cruz was a full participant in Sunday's practice and is expected to be a full-go for Monday's practice as well.

Cruz has been recovering since an injury in November against the Philadelphia Eagles in which he tore his patellar tendon in his right knee.  Cruz is the pre-season favorite to win the NFL's Comeback Player of the Year award, recovering from such a horrific injury.

Although he is hopeful to play in the preseason, head coach Tom Coughlin will most likely hold him out until the start of the regular season in order to keep him healthy.

Now with a healthy Odell Beckham Jr. and Cruz, we can finally see offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo's system take shape with their two biggest weapons.
