Does ESPN's Dan Rafael believe Floyd Mayweather Jr is a cheater?

After his victory against Manny Pacquiao in their highly anticipated bout, Floyd Mayweather Jr returns to the ring Saturday September 12th to take on Andre Berto. Mayweather has stated publicly that this will be the last fight of his career. A win for Mayweather would push his record to 49-0 tying him with legendary heavyweight champion Rocky Maricano. This week however the buzz has been less about the action in the ring and more about a recent report by SB Nation. The report that surfaced earlier this week suggests that Mayweather may have been granted special treatment by the USADA. ESPN’s Dan Rafael joined me to explain the situation. I asked Rafael with all of the rumors now surrounding Mayweather does he believe he has cheated in his career?

I will say this that it is an unfortunate situation that in boxing and any professional sports that at this point honestly you are basically guilty until you prove yourself innocent.

The fight card starts at 8pm Saturday September 12th live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada and will be broadcast on Showtime Sports
