Brian Sinkoff was joined on "Sound-off with Sinkoff" Tuesday (6/28/11) by Dan Silver, the Director of Communications for NYRA.

Silver gave an overview of the upcoming 2011 meet at Saratoga Race Course, talked about the huge partnership with NBC to broadcast "Summer at Saratoga" and revealed the giveaways for the season.
