Derek Jeter can add yet another record to his long Yankees' resume.

Derek Jeter passed Mickey Mantle on Sunday for the most games played in Yankees' history.  Jeter has played in 2,402 games as a Yankee.  Mickey Mantle played 18 years for the franchise.  Jeter passed Mantle in his 17th season as a Yankee.

"I take pride in coming and doing my job, I think that's probably the best way to put it,'' Jeter said before a 2-0 Game 1 loss to the Baltimore Orioles.  "My job is obviously to come and play games, try to stay on the field and try to stay healthy.  I've done it for a long time, I guess."
