Hall of Famer Dick Vitale is passionate about several things, which includes the town he resides, Tampa Bay. He called into #ArmenAndLevack this week to remind 'your home for New York Sports' of that fact. On Saturday, the Tampa Bay Lightning begin their Eastern Conference series against, who else, the New York Rangers.

"I don’t think its any contest," said Vitale, with Armen and Levack on 104.5 The Team. "You are going to see the Lightning win in 6. They dominated them during the year, went 3-0 on them. I know [the Rangers] are a different team come tournament time and that they are a different team in the playoffs but I’m going to tell you this, it is going to be a party for Tampa Bay.

"I went the other night, Bishop was terrific in goal. Stamkos is putting up goals on the board on the ice and I am telling you to watch out. They are on a roll and they are going to beat your Rangers who had the best record in hockey this year but they were 0-3 man, 0-3, you heard me, against the Lightning."

Of course, at the end of the day, Dick Vitale is, well, entertaining. And he'd be the first to tell you, sometimes it's just about string the pot: "Hey man, I don’t know much about hockey.  I don’t know red lines, blue lines, green lines, but I know the final score. When it’s all said and done, I watched the Lightning just dominate."

Dick Vitale is a regular guest on Armen and Levack, heard weekdays from 3-7p ET on 104.5 The Team ESPN Radio.
