Straight from the grounds of Augusta National, ESPN & CBS golf analyst Dottie Pepper previews the 2017 Masters with Rodger Wyland and Chris Onorato on Big Board Sports. Take a listen to get Dottie's thoughts. Here are mine:

In my mind, Dustin Johnson is the unquestioned world's number 1 ranked golfer, but there are others in this year's field who benefit more from winning a green jacket. Let's start with Rory McIlroy who is in search of his first win at Augusta and a way to erase the memories of an ugly back 9 in 2011. McIlroy would also complete the career grand slam by winning the green jacket. The other player who has plenty to gain from a win this week is Phil Mickelson. Seemingly always the sentimental favorite, a 4th green jacket for Mickelson would tie him with Tiger Woods and Arnold Palmer, behind only Jack Nicklaus (6) for the most all-time.

If weather plays a factor on Thursday for the first round the way it is predicted to do so, Mickelson might just have the swashbuckling type of game that not only fits Augusta National, but also an inclement one.
