It's the last week of the regular season in the NFL and teams are preparing for the playoffs. Most likely your fantasy football league has already finished, but now you can focus on your DraftKings Lineup for week 17. It's time to win back some of that money you lost when you spent countless dollars on the Holidays. It's time to reward yourself, by winning in DraftKings.

Locks of The Week

QB: Aaron Rodgers ($7,700): The Greenbay Packers will be going all out Sunday night against their division rivals the Detroit Lions. Both of these teams will be fighting for the NFC North Title, so we know both teams will do anything to win this game. Rodgers has been the hottest Quarterback in the NFL during the Packers five-game win streak. Over this streak, he's had 12 total touchdowns to zero interceptions. The Last time he faced the Detroit Lions in week 3 Rodgers threw for four touchdowns and scored 26.4 fantasy points in DraftKings. He may be the highest priced Quarterback this week in DraftKings, but he's well worth the price.

RB: Devonta Freeman ($7,000): The problem with Freeman is that you never know when he's going to be the one getting into the end zone or if it's going to be his counterpart, Tevin Coleman. Well in a game at home against the Saints you should get Freeman into your lineup. Here's a stat that should sway you if you're still considering this after I mentioned the Falcons are taking on the Saints; 10 of Freeman's 12 touchdowns have been at home compared to Tevin Coleman who's had 8 out of his 10 touchdowns on the road this season. Then count the fact that even when he faced the Saints on the road this season in week three, he was able to score 34.7 fantasy points in Draftkings rushing for over 155 yards and 55 yards receiving. Devonta Freeman is a must own this week!

Bust of The Week

RB: Ezekiel Elliot ($7,400): I know I know but how could I say Elliot will be a bust have you seen him this year? He's just not worth the price tag this week even if Dallas decides to play their starters you can't expect Elliot to get 20 carries in a game that means nothing, so his workload will be limited as compared to his usual output. We also have to remember the Cowboys will be facing the Eagles on the road this Sunday where their Defense has been much better than on the road. The Eagles were also one of only two teams this year to hold Elliot to under 100 yards while also keeping him out of the end zone.

Value Plays

WR: Davante Adams ($5,700): He's playing in a meaningful game that should be a high scoring affair between the Lions and Packers. Most people will draft Jordy Nelson this week, and that's understandable but why not go cheaper and get Rodgers second favorite wide receiver. Add in the fact that Randall Cobb has been battling injuries for the last couple of weeks; Adams should be peppered with targets. Most importantly he's facing the Detroit Lions who are in the bottom half of the league regarding points to opposing wide receivers.

WR: Allen Robinson ($5,500): With Head Coach Gus Bradley gone it finally looks like this offense is clicking under Doug Marrone. They are finally finding different ways to get their most skilled player the ball. Last week Robinson had nine receptions for over 147 receiving yards, and he just missed a touchdown. Now exploit this matchup against the Colts and plug Robinson into your lineup. He has the upside to finish in the top three at the wide receiver position this week especially with players like Antonio Brown sitting.

TE: Eric Ebron ($3,600): As I've mentioned earlier this game should be a shootout and I want as much of this game as I can get. Now that Ebron is finally healthy he is quickly turning into one of Stafford's favorite targets again. The Last two weeks he's been targeted a total of 19 times and has caught 12 of these passes. The Packers are also horrible in pass coverage and an athletic tight end like Ebron will be almost impossible to stop in the middle of the field. I'm betting on at least 5 catches for around 70 yards and a touchdown.

RB: Dion Lewis ($4,000): After being hurt for most of the season and then coming back late  Lewis has seen an uptick in usage over the last two weeks, and it's now a true running back committee with LeGarrette Blount. Over the last two weeks, Lewis has only had three fewer carries than Blount (37-34) and James White has only had four total carries in the last two weeks.  Also, add in the fact that he is $1,700 cheaper than Blount and he'll get some work in the passing game.

WR: Paul Richardson ($3,400): With Tyler Lockett out it looks like Richardson is the guy who will replace him. He's fast enough to get past the defense and is a Red Zone threat. He's also facing a 49ers team that is atrocious in a must win game for Seahawks to try and secure home-field advantage in the playoffs.

Defenses To Roll With

When I select a defense in most cases, I try to choose a defense that is on the cheaper side and that is facing a turnover, prone Quarterback. For this week I'm going with the Arizona Cardinals against the Rams. With Gurley being non-existent and Jared Goff throwing seven interceptions in the last five games he'll be a good bet to turn it over on Sunday.

Thanks for reading and good luck in week 17. I'll be doing a draftkings article each week of the playoffs also so stay tuned.
