Dwight Howard Shoots Air Ball On Free Throw Attempt [VIDEO]

The Los Angeles Lakers continue to struggle, as they dropped to five games below .500 with a loss to the Miami Heat last night. In a play that has encapsulated their season thus far, Dwight Howard provided us with some entertainment from the free throw line in the form of an air ball.

Free throws that fail to hit the rim never fail to be hilarious. With that said, Howard has got to do something about his proficiency, or lack thereof, at the charity stripe. He is shooting a pathetic 50.1% from the line, a huge reason that the Lakers have failed to meet their expectations coming into the season.

If only some brilliant mind could have predicted that the Lakers would not live up to the hype.
