According to ESPN.com, Dwight Howard will not be traded and will be playing for the Orlando Magic this season.

According to sources the offers from the New Jersey Nets and Los Angeles Lakers were not worth executing and the Magic have taken Howard off the trade market. This  decision came earlier today  as the Nets tried to construct a possible  multiteam trade for Howard that could have included the Magic receiving Nets center Brook Lopez, Portland Trail Blazers forward Gerald Wallace and draft picks.

Not only the Nets, but the Lakers had been in serious discussion for Howard's services, but that has apparently fallen through.
