The Philadelphia Eagles have been extremely busy during free agency this offseason.  They've already added CBs Nnamdi Asomugha and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, DE Jason Babin, DT Cullen Jenkins, and QB Vince Young.  The Eagles signed RB Ronnie Brown to a one-year deal Tuesday afternoon.

Ronnie Brown, the #2 overall pick by the Dolphins in the 2005 NFL Draft, will join LeSean McCoy in Philly's backfield.  Brown is a versatile player.  He can run the ball outside and between the tackles effectively.  He can also catch the ball out of the backfield and run the Wildcat.

The biggest knock on Ronnie Brown is that he's often injured.  He has missed 16 games since 2007.  Brown only had one 1,000 yard rushing season in his six seasons with the Dolphins.  However, if he stays healthy for the Eagles this season in a reduced role, he'll definitely be an asset for the Eagles.
