Ejection of the Week: Leyland

Who doesn’t like watching a good baseball game ejection? Well this week Jim Leyland provides us with an energetic and entertaining ejection as he argues a close call at third base involving former Yankee Wilson Betemit. Betemit and Leyland believe he was safe, but umpire Alan Porter thinks otherwise.

Check it out.

As you can tell Jim Leyland got all fired up as he saw from his dugout perspective that Betemit got his foot to the bag before the tag was made. He ran right out there and gave Alan Porter a piece of his mind. What do you think of this ejection? Do you have any favorites? Post a comment below.
