Coming off a 30-27 win over the 49ers, which included a 4th quarter comeback, Giants quarterback Eli Manning has been named NFC offensive player of the week.

The victory on Sunday night the 102nd of Manning's career, which broke a franchise record in which he was previously tied with Simms.

Manning's performance of completing 41 of 54 passes for 441 yards with three touchdowns and one interception led to a passer rating of 110.2. The final game-winning drive consisted of eight plays on an 82-yard drive that ended with a 12 yard touchdown pass to tight end Larry Donnell.

Also of note, Manning broke another record with 41 completions in the game. The former mark was set by Phil Simms who had 40 completions in 1985.

Manning has been named NFC Player of the Week only two other times in his career, Week 2 in 2006 and Week 3 in 2011.

The 3-2 Giants have another prime time game on the slate for this Monday Night against the Philadelphia Eagles.
