The Denver Nuggets have drafted PG Emmanuel Mudiay with the No.7 overall pick. Mudiay was a high school standout that was originally suppose to go to school at SMU under Larry Brown, and opted to play in China for a year before entering the draft.

With Mudiay on the Nuggets, you can expect Ty Lawson to be on his way out the door. Mudiay is an instant upgrade at the point guard position, and has a ceiling of Russell Westbrook.

Mudiay has tremendous athletic ability, with limited shooting range, but amazing ability to get to the rim. Mudiay managed just 10 regular season games for Guangdong Southern Tigers, , Mudiay averaged 18.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.6 steals per game.
