Week 1 of the Section II high school football season saw several great performances, but none were greater than Taylor McCredie of Gloversville, who helped lead the Dragons to a 48-40 victory over Green Tech.

McCredie threw for 184 yards and four touchdowns en route to earning our first ESPN Radio 104.5 Athlete of the Week for the 2014-15 academic year.
