A historic day here for the ESPN Radio 104.5 Athlete of the Week, as we award our first co-athletes of the week to a group of competitors that excel on the track - and the court.

First off, the Shen 4x800 indoor track team of Collin Rowe, Connor Buhrmeister, Mitch Halpern, and Tyler Schmidt became the No. 1 4x800 team in the entire country by posting a time of 7:50 seconds at the Collegiate Invitational.

Shen's 4x800 team is the No. 1 team in the country (Shen Athletics).

Furthermore, Meg Flynn of the Hoosick Falls Girls Basketball team was outstanding over the last week - a trend that has continued all season.

Flynn averaged 16 points, 15.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists for the week that this award was given. But over her last five games? Flynn has posted five double-doubles, securing at least 13 rebounds in each game. She had a 21 point/19 rebound performance on Jan. 17th.
