Instructor Tracy Cipriani's workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from merengue, salsa, reggaeton and hip hop to mambo, rumba, flamenco and calypso. The routine features aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. Bring water, yoga mat, light hand weights. Please note that if the North Colonie Schools are closed due to inclement weather, class will be cancelled.
