Roger Federer will be sitting out of the quarter finals at Wimbledon for the second straight year.  He was beat by Frances Jo-Wilfried Tsonga after having a 2 set lead.  Tough day for one of the worlds best.  This of course coming just a day after both of the Williams sisters and the women’s #1 seed was ousted.

Moving on however is the men’s top seeded Rafael Nadal who had an easy time against American Mardy Fish.  Nadal would win 6-3,6-3,5-7,6-4 to move onto the quarter finals.  he will be joined by  Tsonga, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray.
