FGCU is the most interesting story of the 2013 NCAA Tournament thus far.  Watch the Eagles celebrate the first trip to the Sweet 16 ever by a No. 15 seed.

The Florida Gulf Coast Eagles are a fantastic story in the 2013 NCAA Tournament.  They are the first No. 15 seed to earn a trip to the Sweet 16 in tournament history.  They’ve provided plenty of high-flying dunks.  The Eagles have also done it with a lot of color and flare.  They’re kind of like the Jamaican bobsledding team in the Olympics.  They march to the beat of a different drum.

FGCU began the NCAA Tournament by taking down No. 2 seeded Georgetown 78-68 on Friday.  The Eagles earned a berth to the Sweet 16 by beating No. 7 seeded San Diego State 81-71 on Sunday.  FGCU has a date against the Florida Gators, a No. 3 seed, on Friday.  The game is tentatively scheduled to tip at 10:07pm ET.  All eyes will be on the Eagles.
