Last week Tom Goslowski was joined by the co-founder of eRecruitFit Bob Arkeilpane. eRecruitFit seeks to create "fit" between student athlete and team in recruiting process through application of leading edge behavioral science and predictive analytics. Arkeilpane has three decades of Division I experience as a student-athlete, coach and administrator. Arkeilpane played football at Syracuse University where he was a starting defensive back for three seasons. He played with future NFL stars Art Monk, Joe Morris and Gary Anderson and against Pro Football Hall of Famers such as Warren Moon, Dan Marino and Jim Kelly. In a strange twist of fate, Arkeilpane was former teammates's with one of Goslowski's old coaches from his alma mater Solvay High School (Gary Acchione). In the above interview, Arkeilpane discusses the goals of eRecruitFit, his hopes for the company's future and the ever changing landscape of college athletics. Why is eRecruitFit different than other recruiting services? Arkeilpane explains that as well in last week's interview.
