Good Luck To New Bills Coach…He’ll Need It

Good luck to the new head coach of the Buffalo Bills, Sean McDermott, because he's certainly going to need it. McDermott is a longtime defensive coordinator who had a top 10 defense in four of his six seasons in Carolina. I am surprised the Bills hired a defensive coach after watching Rex Ryan, another defensive minded coach, fail in his two years at the helm of the Bills. Only time will tell if McDermott can turn around the misfortunes of the Bills. It’s been 17 years and counting without making the playoffs, and that franchise is in desperate need of some consistency in the coaching department.
