Gronkowski (The Horse) Will Not Run In Kentucky Derby

Within the same week of Patriots Tight End Rob Gronkowski purchasing a minority stake in the horse "Gronkowski", word has come out that the horse has had a minor setback and will not run in the Kentucky Derby. Below is the announcement from owners of Gronkowski, Phoenix Thoroughbreds.

The connections will resume training the horse after the fever is cleared and will point toward the June 9th Belmont Stakes as the next start. Gronkowski (The Human) had a heartfelt response after hearing about Gronkowski (The Horse) not running in the Kentucky Derby.

So it looks as if the party will have to wait another five weeks, but it will now be in New York. Which for all of us, could be an even bigger party!
