Yesterday, Matt Harvey actually began to look like Matt Harvey. Coming into the game with a 3-7 record and a 6.08 ERA, Harvey shut down the White Sox, tossing seven scoreless innings while allowing just two hits to move his record to 4-7.

Before the game, we spoke to Mets reporter Adam Rubin about Harvey's prior struggles and also asked him about Noah Syndergaard's ejection this weekend for throwing behind Chase Utley.

What did he make of the situation and why did the Mets wait so long for retribution against Utley?
