Heat Take Series Lead Against Bulls
The Miami Heat shut down the Chicago Bulls in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals thanks to Chris Bosh and some great defense.
The Miami Heat beat the Chicago Bulls 96-85 in Game 3 on Sunday night. Chris Bosh erupted for 34 points on 13-for-18 shooting from the field. Another great defensive effort by the Heat helped hold the Bulls to only 85 points. Derrick Rose was only able to score 20 points while shooting 8-for-19. It was another subpar game for the 2011 NBA MVP.
Game 4 on Tuesday night is a must-win game for the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls will not have a legitimate chance to come back from a 3-1 deficit if they are unable to win tomorrow night. Derrick Rose will have to rebound from two lackluster games against the Heat. Rose had a good effort in Game 1. He scored 28 points on 22 shots. It wasn't a coincidence that the Bulls won that game by 21 points. As D-Rose goes, so go the Bulls.
