The Heisman Trophy winning running back confessed some frightening  stories about his life to ESPN.

One of the greatest college football players of all time, Herschel Walker addressed his mental issues on Highly Questionable with Dan Lebatard this afternoon. Walker, the former Minnesota Viking and Dallas Cowboy admitted to playing the game Russian Roulette multiple times in his life.

If you came to my home and you wanted to challenge me at anything,.. I didn't think it was worth enough. I would take a bullet, put it in a cylinder spin it and tell you to pull it. People would say Herschel you are nuts. They would walk away I'd take the gun put it to my head and snap it.

Walker discussed his health issues in his 2008 memoir "Breaking Free: My Life with Dissociative Identity Disorder," which included accounts of the bullying he endured as child growing up in Deep South poverty. Walker appeared on the show to promote the upcoming Mixed Martial Arts event this weekend including a bout between Ken Shamrock and Kimbo Slice. The eight minute conversation covered a wide range of topics including if Walker still believes he can play in the NFL.
