High School Sports Reporters Thriving (AUDIO)

We've covered pretty extensively the rise of 518sports and 518sports.com. These are local high school kids who are working to gain traction in the competitive field of sports journalism.

This group of journalists, which has student-reporters all across the Capital Region, has also begun expanding out from print into the audio world.

We were joined by Connor Hall today, and I had to tell him that I didn't expect him to start working to try to steal my job! Hall told me who he's had on the phone and who he has for upcoming interviews. It's a pretty impressive list!

I also asked Hall if he ever has any time for school work because he is also a three-sport athlete at Maple Hill. What does the group plan to cover this summer? What are his ultimate career goals and who in the business would he most like to meet?
